The bedroom is spacious and there is a modern bathroom with a shower. The apartment also benefits from an allocated parking space outside the entrance. The Space Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect.
