Upstairs are two comfortable double bedrooms, both thoughtfully set up for a good night’s sleep, along with a modern family bathroom. Outside, guests can enjoy access to a lovely communal garden, ideal for a breath of fresh air or a sunny afternoon break. The home sits in a quiet and secure setting, yet it’s perfectly placed for getting around — with easy access to the M4, nearby train stations, and the local high street just a short drive away. Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect.
