The Neighborhood North Parade Street in Whitley Bay is a charming neighborhood that perfectly blends coastal serenity with vibrant energy. Just steps away from the beach, residents and visitors alike enjoy the soothing sound of waves and stunning sea views. The street is lined with eclectic shops, cozy cafes, and local eateries, offering a delightful mix of experiences. Explore the nearby attractions, including the historic Spanish City, a hub of entertainment and cultural events. Take a leisurely stroll along the promenade or venture into the town center for more dining and shopping options. With its friendly atmosphere and picturesque surroundings, North Parade Street captures the essence of coastal living. Additional Information - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
