Guest Access During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, which is designed for your total privacy and comfort. The layout includes two private bedrooms, a welcoming living and dining area, a functional kitchen, and a full bathroom. Whether you are here for business or leisure, you will have the whole space to yourself. We provide a convenient self-check-in process, allowing you to settle in at your own pace. All necessary details for your arrival will be sent to you before you reach the property. Additional Information - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £250 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £35 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
