No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to know people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat. No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times. Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.
