No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to know people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) :) No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat. No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbors during these times. Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee. Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us. We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets. Parking needs to be requested in advance! It’s £8 per day.
