The Space This comfortable terraced house features two well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom 1 includes an extra-large double bed, while the second bedroom has a king size bed and can be unzipped into two single beds if needed, perfect for families, friends, or business travelers. The property also includes a modern bathroom and a bright living area with a TV and free Wi-Fi for your entertainment. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and toaster. Whether you're staying for a weekend or a longer visit, you'll find the space welcoming and convenient for a relaxing stay. Additional Information - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
