The property features four well-appointed bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The home offers a generous living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room to relax or work during your stay. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry. The Neighborhood Frederick Street is located in the heart of Seaham, a charming coastal town on the Durham Heritage Coast. Known for its scenic seaside views, relaxed atmosphere, and historic character, Seaham has become a desirable spot for both short stays and longer-term living. The neighborhood around Frederick Street is mostly residential, with a mix of traditional terraced homes and easy access to local amenities. Within walking distance, you'll find Seaham Marina, a lively waterfront area with independent cafés, restaurants, and local shops. Additional Information - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
