The living room, kitchen, dining area and utility room are located on the ground floor, with all three bedrooms and the bathroom on the first floor, accessed via a wooden staircase. Free on-street parking is available directly outside the cottage. House Rules: To help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules: No Parties or Events Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted. Pear Tree Cottage is located in a residential area, and we ask guests to be respectful of our neighbours at all times. Quiet Hours Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, particularly when enjoying the living room, so as not to disturb nearby residents. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the cottage. If smoking outside, please dispose of waste responsibly. Fireplace Use The wood-burning fireplace is available for guest use. A starter supply of logs, kindling, firelighters and matches is provided. Please use the fireplace responsibly and never leave the woodburner door unsecured, especially before leaving the cottage or going to bed. Care for the Property Please treat the cottage with care and report any accidental damage as soon as possible so we can address it promptly. We kindly ask that the property is left in a reasonable condition at check-out.
