This inviting 3-bedroom property offers comfortable accommodation for up to 5 guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking a peaceful retreat in the countryside. The home features two well-sized double bedrooms and one single bedroom, all designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. There’s a modern family bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living/dining area perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the stunning Kielder Water & Forest Park. Maximum 12pm. Interaction with Guests Guest will have access to the host via the booking platform and in emergencies the host will call. The Neighborhood Nestled deep in Northumberland’s wild and beautiful countryside, Kielder Village is a remote, peaceful community surrounded by natural wonders. The area is best known for Kielder Water & Forest Park—one of the largest man-made lakes and forests in Europe. It's a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering walking trails, cycling routes, fishing, birdwatching, and star-gazing under some of the darkest skies in the UK. The village itself is small and friendly, with a strong community spirit. Local amenities are limited, but the nearby Kielder Castle Visitor Centre, Kielder Observatory, and Lakeside Way trail make the area vibrant for nature lovers and tourists alike. Additional Information - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
