The home features one king bedroom, one double bedroom, and a single bedroom, each thoughtfully set up for a restful night’s sleep. There is one modern bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and dine during your stay. The living space offers a cozy area to unwind, making Lydia Terrace the perfect home away from home. Please note this property has 3 floors Guest Access During your stay, you will have private access to the entire house, including all living areas, the kitchen, and the garage. The home is fully equipped with essential amenities such as a washer, heating, and a dedicated workspace to ensure a comfortable visit. We welcome families and provide a child friendly environment. Standard check in time is 15:00 and check out is 10:00. Should you require a later departure, we can accommodate check out up to 12:00 for a fee of 15 pounds per hour, subject to availability. Additional Information - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.
