Set over three floors, this charming one-bedroom home occupies its own cosy tower within the beautifully manicured gardens of the former palace, right beside the River Thames. The setting offers a peaceful riverside oasis with an unmistakable sense of heritage and tranquillity. The Space The Gazebo benefits from its own secluded patio area, large enough for a table, chairs, and a BBQ, while also granting access to the stunning private communal gardens of Queensberry House. Whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee or an evening outdoors, the surroundings are simply delightful. Recently and thoughtfully refurbished throughout, the property features a brand-new kitchen, modern shower room, updated lighting, and luxurious underfloor heating — seamlessly blending historic charm with contemporary comfort. Fully furnished with all the usual home comforts, including crockery, linens, and towels, this riverside gem offers a truly special and memorable place to stay. Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Over time we have created a few processes to ensure we can deliver a high service level and a great stay for every guest. The Neighborhood Riverside Strolls & Pubs: The Thames path offers scenic walks. Popular local riverside spots include the historic White Cross pub or The Roebuck on Richmond Hill for views of the Thames Valley. The Poppy Factory: Located nearby, this famous working factory offers insights into veterans' employment and the production of Remembrance poppies. Orleans House Gallery: Situated just across the river, this gallery offers free art exhibitions and beautiful riverside grounds. Additional Information Parking is not included with the property. If you would like to arrange parking, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate this where possible. Alternatively, there is a car park directly opposite the property called Friar's Lane Car Park, as well as an underground garage nearby. For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. We are happy to welcome your pets, though please be aware that additional charges may apply for their stay. Following your confirmed reservation, a member of our team will reach out to request a copy of your identification and to provide our house rules agreement for you to sign.
