The flat is part of an elegant new development and consists of an open space living room area, 2 roomy double bedrooms with hotel-quality linens on the bed, and 2 bathrooms one of them ensuite. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen including and super fast Wifi and a work-from-home area. Our flat is well suited for a small family or two couples. The space benefits from wood flooring throughout, new and elegant decoration, bright rooms, and excellent location in Acton high street with great access to buses and the underground system that will allow you to be in central London in a few minutes. In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection. Fresh towels and free toiletries are also provided for your convenience. To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). We are renting our home for a short time and we hope that you have a great time while looking after it as if it was your own. we will leave plenty of storage for you. Wardrobes and drawers will be available in both rooms. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. The key pick up and drop off is approx 3 minutes away by foot. Details will be provided no earlier than 24 hours to your arrival. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
