To the front of the ground floor is a cosy double bedroom, while at the rear you’ll find a spacious family bathroom, complete with a bath, shower, W.C., sink, and generous storage. The spiral staircase leads up to the middle floor, where the main living and dining space is located. This comfortable area features a sofa bed, a Smart TV, a coffee table, and a dining table with four chairs. You can also step out onto the balcony through sliding doors, where a table and chairs await. The kitchen, located on the same floor, has everything you need to cook, entertain, or simply relax with your favourite drink. The third floor is home to the master bedroom, which boasts a luxurious super king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables. Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
