Whether you're here for work or a short getaway, this inviting home has everything you need for a pleasant visit to Lincoln. The property features four bedrooms: two super king beds that can be split into singles for flexibility with advance notice, one small double, and two single beds. There’s a main bathroom with a shower over the bath, while downstairs features a convenient separate toilet and basin. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, along with an extendable dining table and five chairs. The cosy living room includes a comfortable sofa and coffee table, perfect for relaxing evenings in. There’s also a utility room with a washer-dryer and laundry essentials for added convenience. Outside, enjoy the enclosed rear garden—ideal for some fresh air.

Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
