It has two king-size bedrooms, one double and one small double, an upstairs bathroom with shower and a downstairs WC for convenience. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an enclosed patio garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Guests will have full and private access to the house, the secure garden, and the private driveway. Check-in is seamless with our key lock box, allowing for easy self-check-in at your convenience. Damage Protection & Guest Verification: We use SuiteOp, a trusted third-party platform, for guest verification and damage protection. A refundable security deposit of £250, returned after your stay (subject to no damage). 2. A non-refundable damage waiver of £60, which covers up to £250 in accidental damage.
