Guest can access the whole property Won't be available in person Damage Protection & Guest Verification: We use SuiteOp, a trusted third-party platform, for guest verification and damage protection. Before check-in, all guests must complete this simple process, which includes ID verification and choosing one of two options: 1. A refundable security deposit of £250, returned after your stay (subject to no damage). 2. A non-refundable damage waiver of £60, which covers up to £250 in accidental damage. You will receive a secure link to complete your chosen option before you arrive. Self-Catering Property: This is a self-catering accommodation. We provide a starter supply of essentials like toilet rolls and kitchen basics. For longer stays or additional supplies, a Tesco Extra is a few minutes walk. Linens: Freshly laundered towels (one large and one small per person) and bed linens are provided for your stay.
