The property features a striking vaulted ceiling with exposed oak beams, creating a warm and inviting space full of rustic character. Set in peaceful surroundings, it offers the perfect retreat while still being just a short drive from the award-winning beaches of Saunton and Woolacombe. Ideally located, Ilfracombe is only 5 minutes away, Braunton just 10 minutes, and Barnstaple can be reached in 20 minutes. Step into this spacious barn conversion offers a bright open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Downstairs are two comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bath, separate shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs, the large master bedroom features an en-suite with bath and shower mixer taps. To suit your needs, each bedroom can be arranged — with either two single beds or a king-size zip and link bed. If you have a preference, simply let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival. We’ll do our utmost to accommodate your request, depending on availability of linen and staffing. When it’s time to enjoy the outdoors, step out onto your private deck, relax in the large grassy area with picnic tables, and make use of the dog-friendly space for one well-behaved dog. Guests also have access to a shared games room—just opposite the cottage and up the stairs—featuring a pool table, basketball arcade, table football, books, and a Bluetooth speaker.

ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING. If there is evidence of smoking following your stay, there will be a £300.00 deduction from your security deposit. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE STRICTLY NON-PARTY VENUES. If there are any noise complaints received between 21:00 and 06:00 from neighbors and other guests, there will be a minimum £100.00 charge and guests may be asked to leave the property. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE TO BE RESPECTED. If there is any damage, excess mess or usage, the cost of putting this right will be chargeable and you will be notified by email. We expect the property to be returned in the same condition as provided to you. Any illegal activity at the property will cause immediate termination of your stay without refund and we reserve the right to retain any damage deposit.
