Ideally located, Ilfracombe is only 5 minutes away, Braunton just 10 minutes, and Barnstaple can be reached in 20 minutes. Whether you're looking to unwind or explore the best of North Devon, this converted barn offers the ideal base for a relaxing and memorable stay. Step into this spacious barn conversion offers a bright open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Downstairs are two comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bath, separate shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs, the large master bedroom features an en-suite with bath and shower mixer taps. To suit your needs, each bedroom can be arranged — with either two single beds or a king-size bed. If you have a preference, simply let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival. We’ll do our utmost to accommodate your request, depending on availability of linen and staffing. When it’s time to enjoy the outdoors, step out onto your private deck, relax in the large grassy area with picnic tables, and make use of the dog-friendly space for one well-behaved dog. Guests also have access to a shared games room—just opposite the cottage and up the stairs—featuring a pool table, basketball arcade, table football, books, and a Bluetooth speaker. Our beautiful rural location means mobile signal isn’t available, so we recommend ensuring Wi-Fi Calling is enabled on your device to stay connected. For added peace of mind, a landline telephone is available in the games room for emergencies, should the internet be temporarily down.

Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
