Upon entering the property, you will be welcomed by the ground floor hallway. The first room on the left-hand side is the living room, where a cosy setup awaits with a 3-seater leather sofa, two armchairs, and a smart projector for entertainment. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area features a table for four, complemented by stylish decor. As you continue through, you'll find a convenient toilet and basin on your left, complete with a mirror for your convenience. Next door is the kitchen, equipped with essential appliances including an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster with access to a small courtyard. Upstairs, Bedroom 1 features double bed and a single bed and Bedroom 2 offers a twin beds. A family bathroom is equipped with a shower over the bath, basin, toilet, and an electric heated towel rail, ensuring added comfort. On the second floor, Bedroom 3 provides a double bed and a single bed, while Bedroom 4 offers twin beds. Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
