As you enter through the front door, you step into a hallway. To the right, the living room awaits with a 3-seater leather sofa, 2 leather armchairs, a smart projector, side tables, a floor lamp, and wall art. Opposite the living room is the dining room, furnished with a table and 4 chairs, a floor lamp, wall art, and access to a small courtyard. Across from the dining room is the kitchen, equipped with an oven, electric hob (not induction), dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Nearby is a toilet with a basin and a mirror. Upstairs on the first floor, the first door leads to Bedroom 1, boasts a double bed, a single bed, hanging space, a wall mirror, and bedside tables with lamps. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, a bedside table with a lamp, a wall mirror, and hanging space. Both bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower over the bath, basin, and toilet. On the second floor, Bedroom 3 features a double bed and a single bed. Next door, Bedroom 4 has two single beds, a bedside table with a lamp, a wall mirror, and hanging space. These bedrooms also share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower cubicle, basin, and toilet, making it convenient for all guests. Make yourself at home! Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre-check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
