The Space Step inside to a cosy living and dining room with a separate kitchen, ideal for easy everyday living. Upstairs, you’ll find a comfortable double bedroom with generous wardrobe space, along with a modern bathroom. Parking is available on the private street, and a playing field sits just across the road — perfect for a relaxed stroll or a quick kick-about. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all the essentials, the home offers comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked kitchen for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect.
