The Space The ground floor features a convenient downstairs loo, an open-plan living and dining room, and a separate galley kitchen — practical and comfortable for everyday living. Upstairs, you’ll find two double bedrooms, including one with a flexible zip-link bed that can be arranged as twins or a double, along with a shared family bathroom. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all the essentials, the home offers comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked kitchen. Ample street parking is available nearby, making this an easy and convenient place to stay. Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules).
