On the ground floor, guests will find a welcoming entrance hall, a shower room, and a separate TV snug with sofa bed (available for an additional £75), along with access to the enclosed rear garden. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, extra freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything needed for a self-catered stay. The open-plan dining space is perfect for sociable mealtimes, and the comfortable lounge offers a Smart TV, a three-seater sofa, and two armchairs for relaxing evenings in. A convenient WC is also located on this floor. Upstairs, the second floor hosts three bedrooms: a spacious primary with king-size bed, walk-in dressing area, and ensuite shower room; a second double bedroom; and a twin room with a private doorway to the main family bathroom (also accessible via the hallway), which includes a bath and overhead shower.
