There is also an extendable dining table in the kitchen which seats up to 8 people. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and additional sink. The ground floor also includes a sperate toilet room. To the first floor is a large lounge area with a TV and a DVD Player as well as a large sofa. Following is a light and airy twin bedroom with wardrobes and bedside table. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a zip and link bed which can either be made up as a super king bed or two single beds. The master bedroom also benefits from an ensuite with toilet and shower. Next to the master bedroom is another light and sleek king bedroom with ample hanging space in the cupboards and a chest of drawers. Also on this floor is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. To the rear of the property is a secure back garden with garden furniture. Durham train station is also around 15 minutes walk from the property and from here you can get to Newcastle in under 15 minutes and York in around 45 minutes.
