Guest Access Guests have access to the entire studio apartment to themselves during their stay. Access details will be provided prior to your arrival. The Neighborhood The studio apartment is located on the outskirts of Brighton, it's really close to the stunning South Downs so it's perfect if you like walking or cycling and taking in the fresh sea and country air. Brighton Marina and Kemptown and town a short walk away and Brighton Racecourse is at top of the road. You are 2 doors away from the bus stop where you can jump on a number 21, or a few minutes from the number 1 bus stop which will take you quickly and easily into the centre of Brighton. At the bottom of the road is a Co-Op and a pharmacy, and Asda at Brighton Marina is just over one mile away. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: from 16:00 to 02:00 Check-out: until 11:00

Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors.
