Marvel at its breathtaking medieval architecture, enjoy a traditional afternoon tea, or explore its vibrant cultural scene. This centrally located penthouse puts you within a short stroll of all the city's most striking landmarks. We are conveniently located near York Train Station, making public transport easily accessible for your convenience. ➞ We ensure every stay includes individually wrapped tea, coffee, sugar, condiments and sauces. ➞ Enjoy single-use, individually wrapped shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap. ➞ Please note check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00am. ➞ This property is in a peaceful residential area; parties and loud music are not permitted. Disturbances may result in a £250 penalty fee. ➞ A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys. ➞ We strive to provide a high-standard, hotel-like service in all our properties. ➞ Our properties are professionally maintained and cleaned to ensure a fresh, pristine environment for every guest. ➞ For security and insurance purposes, we request names of all guests and lead guest ID via a secure Airbnb link before check-in. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a link to our secure guest check-in portal. There, the lead guest uploads photo ID and chooses either a £300 refundable damage deposit or a £50 non-refundable damage waiver. This must be completed before check-in.

Strictly no parties or events in the house. Guests will be asked to provide ID and will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property within 48 hours of booking. A £100 refundable damage deposit will be pre authorised before check-in and released up to 3 days after check-out once our property has been checked.
