This is a one bedroom ground floor apartment in central York, less than 10 minutes walk to York Minster. There is a car park to the rear of the property with a car parking space for the apartment. The apartment has one bedroom to the rear of the property with a large and comfortable King size bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps, large set of drawers and wardrobe. There is a large hallway with cupboard leading to the other rooms in the apartment. NEWLEY FITTED LUXURY BATHROOM SUITE. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink and L shaped bath with shower over bath. Hand soap, bath mat and towels provided. Newly fitted kitchen as of June 2021. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains microwave, cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine/dryer, Dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is a large living room with double sofa bed, tv, dining table and 5 chairs, games, DVDs, books and FREE WiFi. The apartment can sleep up to five adults, When booking for 3, 4, 5 guests, the double sofa bed and single pull-out bed are included. If booking for 2 guests and you would like to add the sofa bed or single pull out, extra charges apply. For those travelling with little ones, a travel cot is also available. You are booking the entire property so guests have full access to the entire space.
