The master bedroom is found at the end of the hallway - this benefits from an ensuite shower room and plentiful work wardrobe space. The main family bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a separate shower and tastefully tiled in white. The reception room is inviting, with comfortable sofas and a large dining table, with 2 sets of french doors. A separate kitchen can be accessed from this room and is fitted with modern appliances and plenty of storage space. Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules).
