The Space Holme Rigg has a bright and spacious open plan living and dining area. As you enter the property, you’ll find the living area on the right. Featuring a cosy fireplace with a log burner, a flat screen TV and two comfy sofas, this space is perfect for relaxing. The dining area includes a light wooden dining table and two cushioned benches. The kitchen can be found to the rear of the living and dining space. Sleek in style, the kitchen boasts shadow grey, smooth cabinets and modern appliances. With everything you could need to prepare meals during your stay, you can make the most of your self-catering stay in Whitby. Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom has a super king size bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom features a double bed and the third bedroom is a single. Each bedroom has premium bed linens to ensure you have the most comfortable stay at Holme Rigg. The family bathroom features a deep bathtub, separate walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. Guest Access Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Holme Rigg are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis. No permit is required. One well behaved dog is welcome to stay at Holme Rigg per reservation. The Neighborhood Holme Rigg is located a small distance from the centre of Whitby so you’ll find restaurants, shops and pubs a short walk away. You’ll be able to revel in the nostalgic seaside charm - head to the arcades or explore the beautiful, blue flag West Cliff Beach which is lined with idyllic beach huts. Venture over the swing bridge and you’ll reach the East bank. This side of Whitby is full of narrow, mediaeval streets dotted with boutiques, pubs and fish restaurants. Climb the famous 199 steps up to the Church of Saint Mary. You can also discover the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey, which was the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s gothic novel ‘Dracula’. Step outside of Whitby and you’ll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland. Whitby forms part of the North York Moors National Park so it’s the perfect place for long walks.
