The property comfortably sleeps up to six guests, with one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. The cottage has a fully equipped modern kitchen, comfortable lounge with Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, contemporary shower room and a private courtyard. Fresh linen and towels are provided, together with everything needed for a comfortable short or extended stay. House RulesPlease respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am. Strictly no parties, events, stag parties, or hen parties. Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless agreed in advance. No smoking or vaping inside the property. Please leave the property reasonably clean and tidy upon departure. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted unless agreed prior to booking. Please ensure the parking permit is left on the kitchen counter before checkout. Lost permits incur a £150 replacement charge. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless agreed otherwise in advance. Please ensure windows and doors are locked whenever leaving the property. Please avoid leaving wet towels, sandy items, or work equipment on furniture or beds. We reserve the right to end a stay early if house rules are breached or if the property is used in a way that causes disturbance to neighbours.
