Laylands Yard is a beautifully appointed holiday let in Wells-next-the-Sea! The Space The large living room provides plenty of seating with a sofa and armchairs, opening into a dining area that seats up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar and all the essentials for a self-catering stay, including a fridge freezer and a washing machine in the utility room. This spacious three-bedroom property includes a double room with a king-size bed and two twin rooms. The double bedroom offers ample built-in wardrobe space, and all rooms are filled with natural light. There are two bathrooms: an upstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath and a downstairs bathroom with a shower cubicle and WC. Outside, enjoy the enclosed garden with a dining table and BBQ. Guest Access Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Laylands Yard are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in.
