A small private balcony with composite decking is accessible from all rooms, offering a city skyline view. Lift access is available to all upper floors in the building. Secure underground parking is available with each booking (one space per apartment). Entertainment is covered with a huge 75 inch LG Smart TV in the living area, offering all the usual Freeview channels and apps (Netflix/Spotify/Amazon Prime.....) . Free High Speed Wi-Fi keep you connected to your outside world. If you fancy cooking during your stay the Sigma 3 kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, built-in microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, as well as the usual cookware, crockery and cutlery you'd naturally expect. The common courtyard is available for all guests, however we do ask our guests not to use it after 10pm to avoid disturbing other residents in the building.
