If there are any noise complaints received between 21:00 and 06:00 from neighbors and other guests, there will be a minimum £100.00 charge and guests may be asked to leave the property. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE TO BE RESPECTED. If there is any damage, excess mess or usage, the cost of putting this right will be chargeable and you will be notified by email. We expect the property to be returned in the same condition as provided to you. Any illegal activity at the property will cause immediate termination of your stay without refund and we reserve the right to retain any damage deposit.
