The Space When you enter the apartment you will be greeted by a long hallway leading you into your two spaces double bedrooms and then on into your living/dining room. Off from the centre of the property you have your additional bedroom and your kitchen which leads you to your fully functional bathroom. Guest Access You have access to the full property Interaction with Guests Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry. The Neighborhood This friendly community boasts tree-lined streets, making it ideal for leisurely strolls. Additional Information - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. For medical needs, the proximity to the hospital is a significant advantage. Public transportation is readily available, making it easy to explore Sunderland's attractions, including museums, theaters, and cultural events. Please note, a £100 fine will apply for the replacement of a lost or missing parking permit. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
