It is perfectly located 5 mins walk to Maryland St. (Elizabeth Line), and 15 mins Stratford St.(Central, Jubilee, Overground, DLR). Our brightly lit 3-bedroom newly renovated house (new carpets, repainted, new furniture, new mattresses, and more) provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. It's situated on a very quiet street in a friendly neighborhood. The 3-bedroom is a generous size and houses comfortable king-size beds in the middle floor rooms and two single beds on the top floor. Two of the bedrooms and living room have a sunrise light, and another bedroom and kitchen have beautiful afternoon sun. All bedrooms will definitely guarantee you a restful night of sleep with each room’s darkening curtains. Lastly, let us not forget to mention our spacious sun-soaked garden. This is a perfect area where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air & the smell of lavenders. In the beautifully laid out living & dining area with a 55’ TV (Netflix), you will find a comfortable sofa (also possible to be used as the 4th bed) and a designer wood table (seating 8 people). The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. The living room offers books and table games for your free time. The kitchen is on your left when you enter with an extra table & 2 chairs (if you’d like to have an early coffee and not wake up anyone ;)). The kitchen allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with spaces, oil, a toaster, a kettle, a French press, and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. The house has a bathroom on each floor. The middle floor has a walk-in spacious shower. The top floor is a large bathroom with a bathtub. All bathrooms benefit from a big shower head. The ground-floor bathroom has a toilet and a small sink. We have a foldable cot with a mattress (100*74*74cm 4 sides mesh, suitable from birth to 36 months). Please request and we get it ready for you. Modern appliances throughout. Parking is available for as little as £8 per day. Free parking on the weekends and between 8:30 pm and 8 am. As mentioned previously this house was fully renovated (not windows) in July 2023 with new furniture, new carpets, and newly equipped to your needs. No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to know people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat. No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times. Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee. Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us. No music whatsoever is allowed after 9:00pm Please always make sure the main/entrance door is always closed NO WET WIPES OR EXCESS TOILET in the toilet If you use your own Netflix, Amazon streaming account, please remember to always log out at the end of your stay RUBBISH: At the end of your stay, please collect all your rubbish, use the green rubbish bins outside for RECYCLING and black rubbish bins for NORMAL waste We have a strict NO-SMOKING POLICY in the property, however, please feel free to use the outside areas. We kindly ask you to take extra care of the key code. do not give the key code to anyone else during your stay. Please do not rearrange the furniture, and take care of the furnishings. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
