Any excessive mess, including heavy pet hair, stains on furnishings, or damage caused by pets, will result in a £100 additional cleaning or replacement fee. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - Towels: Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for replacement.
