The Space The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials, including crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils, making self-catering easy and convenient. Upstairs, you’ll find two generous double bedrooms with ample storage, along with a modern family bathroom. The home also benefits from two allocated parking spaces, adding to the overall convenience. Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect.
