Inside, you’ll find a double bedroom on the ground floor and two single bedrooms upstairs. The bathroom has a shower above the bath for your convenience. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need, including a dining space and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The cosy living room has two three-seater sofas, a smart TV, board games, and a fireplace to unwind by. Outside, there’s a rear courtyard, a simple and peaceful space to enjoy some fresh air. Make yourself at home! With easy access to your personal Netflix account, entertainment is just a click away. And when it's time to say goodbye, sign out with ease. Just a reminder, aerial service is not available. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide toiletries and other amenities upon your arrival, ensuring a fantastic start to your experience. If you find these items running low before your departure, we kindly ask you to pick up replacements from nearby shops, as we don't offer replenishment services.

Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
