The Space This spacious 3-bedroom apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. It includes two double bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—and a third bedroom with a single bed. The living area boasts a smart TV and ample seating. The dining room comfortably seats six, making it perfect for family meals or gatherings. With its modern amenities and cozy furnishings, this apartment offers both comfort and convenience, making it an ideal home for families or groups. The area is also close to South Marine Park, providing green spaces for leisure and recreation. Good public transport links make it easy to access the broader South Shields area and nearby attractions. Additional Information - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
