The ground floor features a fully equipped galley kitchen ideal for cooking and meal preparation. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a spacious dining area that comfortably seats six people perfect for family meals or entertaining with loved ones. The cosy living area, located off the dining room, provides a relaxing space to unwind with a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. The property offers three bedrooms on the first floor, two of which are equipped with their own TVs for added comfort. Each bedroom is designed with ample storage, providing plenty of space for personal belongings while maintaining a calm and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom features a shower over the bath, WC and basin. At the rear of the property, a secluded courtyard provides an excellent outdoor space, complete with ample seating for alfresco dining and enjoying the fresh air.
