The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare all meals of the day, including a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee, tea, etc. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom extends over 646 sqft (60 sqm) in a new block in the heart of Sheffield. Situated between the busy high street and the trendy Kelham Island, it easily accommodates 4 guests in stylish surroundings, featuring new appliances and decor. The comfortable Super King-sized and double sized beds are high quality and together with the hotel-quality bed linen and towels make for a comfortable stay throughout.

Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
