The Space St Andrews features three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. The main bedroom has a king bed, while the two additional rooms each have two single beds and a sofa bed that sleep two guest is in the living room. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a TV, a modern bathroom and a toilet. providing comfortable accommodation for both adults and children. This setup makes it perfect for families, friends, or small groups looking for a cozy coastal retreat. Things to Do Nearby Seton Sands Beach – A short walk from the caravan, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. Transport Links Bus: The Lothian Bus 26 runs frequently between Seton Sands and Edinburgh, making it easy to explore the city. Additional Information - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. -Towels: Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for replacement. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. - Also, kindly ensure that the oven is turned off before you check out of the unit. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
