Noise & Community Consideration To support a calm and comfortable environment for all guests and neighbouring caravans, quiet hours apply from 10pm to 7am. Please keep noise to a considerate level at all times. Smoking, Vaping & Fire Safety Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the caravan. Outdoor smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Please dispose of cigarette ends safely and never leave open flames, cooking appliances, or heaters unattended. Pets Pets are welcome only with prior approval. Owners must ensure pets are supervised, kept off furniture, and that all pet waste is cleaned immediately. Parties & Events Scholamart properties operate a strict no‑party policy. Large gatherings, disruptive behaviour, or unauthorised events are not permitted under any circumstances. Cleanliness & Care Guests are expected to leave the caravan in a tidy condition.
