The contemporary open plan kitchen/diner is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're preparing a family breakfast or an evening meal after a day of exploring - the welcoming space is ideal for guests to gather, dine, and unwind together. The spacious living room is beautifully furnished with carefully curated colour palettes and elegant décor, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. You will also find one of the king-sized bedrooms located on the ground floor. Please note that the bed can be made into two single beds upon request. Should you require twin beds then please contact Host & Stay when making the booking. From the ground floor, step outside onto the private patio, complete with seating for enjoying your morning coffee or evening drinks. A short flight of steps leads to a large enclosed lawned garden, ideal for children to play and perfect for four-legged friends to roam safely. Upstairs, you'll find two generously sized bedrooms, each dressed with plush linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. One bedroom features a luxurious king-size beds, while the second offers a comfortable standard double bed. Many rooms enjoy charming views overlooking Rothbury High Street, allowing you to soak up the character of this picturesque village. The modernised family bathroom provides a relaxing space to refresh and unwind, with towels and a complimentary starter pack of toiletries provided for your convenience. Guest Access Keys to the property will be accessible via key safe. There is free parking on the High Street that guests can use. Up to two medium sized well-behaved dogs are welcome at the property.
