We’ve lovingly renovated our seaside home from top to bottom, thoughtfully designing every space to feel like a true home-from-home—for our family and for yours. This restful escape blends quality craftsmanship with calming colours, curated furnishings, and comfortable details. We’ve created a space that’s both stylish and welcoming, and we hope you’ll feel it the moment you step through the door. The bright open-plan lounge and dining area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. There’s a smart TV, a super comfy sofa and two armchairs, as well as a dining area with seats for 6 people - ideal for lingering over a meal or morning coffee. And if you love coffee, we've created a coffee station so you can prepare a delicious coffee before you start your day. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, and hob, along with all the essentials for anything from breakfast to fish & chips night, and we have a hatch leading directly onto the garden terrace—perfect for a passing cups of tea into the garden! Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms: ✔️ A master bedroom with a king-size bed and plenty of storage. ✔️A generous twin room with two full-size single beds—perfect for adults or children. ✔️ The modern bathroom features striking green tiles, gold fittings, and a powerful, instant-hot shower—a real treat after a day exploring the coast. ✔️ Outside, enjoy our private, enclosed garden—a sunny, quiet spot to unwind with a morning brew or evening drink. Whether you’re planning a family holiday, a weekend with friends, or a coastal work trip, our Ramsgate Retreat is designed to help you slow down, relax, and feel truly at home. Full and private access to the house and garden. We have local property managers, Rachel and Spencer from Key Retreats Ltd, looking after our home. They are available to ensure you have a wonderful time in Ramsgate and the house is well cared for. Ramsgate is a charming harbour town with a sandy beach, a bustling harbour, plentiful restaurants, bars, and chic cafes. You can walk the harbour wall and visit the Ramsgate Tunnels (a must for any history enthusiasts). Addington Street is a masterpiece of High Street revival with some really interesting shops. From Ramsgate, you can walk along the coastal path to Broadstairs and beyond. Our home is in the heart of the Conservation area, surrounded by some stunning Georgian architecture, hidden Georgian Squares and beautiful streets to be discovered. Ramsgate mainline train station is approx 15-minute walk from the house. Once you've arrived at the house you can easily reach all the town has to offer on foot. A great bus service called The Loop takes you around to Broadstairs and Margate. Further afield (via the train or car) you can visit Canterbury/Dover/Sandwich and Deal. Parking is free on Rodney Street, the road is narrow and not suitable for large vehicles. There’s also free parking on Spencer Sq and Royal Rd. This property is PET FREE. The owners are allergic to pet dander so we can’t allow animals to come stay. A plus point for those who also suffer allergies too.

- Please, please respect our neighbours in this quiet residential street. We ask that you do not make excessive noise in or around the house, especially after 11pm. No parties or loud music are allowed. - We kindly ask guests to respect the environment and the objects inside the house, and to leave everything as was found. - Do not use candles or smoke in the house. This breaches our Fire Regulation Agreement. - There is a decorative fire in the lounge. It is NOT to be used or lit.
