The ground floor is centred around the spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area – a bright and sociable space filled with natural light and designed for enjoying time together. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster and kettle, making it ideal for everything from relaxed breakfasts to family dinners. French doors lead directly from the kitchen onto a private courtyard, complete with outdoor seating. It’s a lovely spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink after a day exploring the coast. A convenient downstairs WC is also located on this floor. The charming lounge provides plenty of space for everyone to unwind, with comfortable sofas and armchairs seating up to eight guests.
