Additional Information The property has an external camera doorbell for security purposes as well as an internal noise decibel monitoring device to monitor and prevent parties. - Please note that parties and loud music are not allowed in this peaceful residential area. - A £250 Security Deposit is mandatory. - For your Safety our properties have security systems at the access points to the property - Any Tampering with the security system will result in a £250 penalty fee. - Any disturbances will result in a £250 penalty fee. - A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys. - Our property is professionally maintained and cleaned after every guest checks out. - For security and insurance purposes, we require the full names of all guests and the lead guest's valid photo ID prior to check-in.
