You get your own parking space which always comes in handy as you won’t have to worry about finding a space if you’re out and about driving around the Oxford area. As part of the Rana Court development, the Tolkein apartment (as your hosts have called it) offers up a modern place to stay whether you’re visiting Oxford on business or for leisure reasons.

House rules

Lead guest minimum age must be 21. Guests are required to upload a photo ID with address and/or proof of address ahead of arrival via a secured link. This is for insurance and fraud prevention purposes. Please keep noise levels low, especially between 10PM and 7AM. And do not host any parties or loud events in the property. A £35 fee for unauthorized late check-out is charged, along with an additional £15 charge per hour starting from 10 AM check-out until departure for waiting time.
