So you can socialise with whoever you’re staying with, no matter if it’s your turn to make a meal, or if you’re working on the dining table or relaxing on the sofa watching in a smart TV.

Lead guest minimum age must be 21. Guests are required to upload a photo ID ahead of arrival via a secured link. This is for insurance and fraud prevention purposes. Please keep noise levels low, especially between 10PM and 7AM. And do not host any parties or loud events in the property. A £35 fee for unauthorised late check-out is charged, along with an additional £15 charge per hour starting from 10 AM check-out until departure for waiting time.
